Get to know us better

We founded Splash in 2010 and quickly established ourselves as an industry leader in event management logistics.


Initially organising a high-profile annual summit for a leading technology manufacturer, we have since expanded our client portfolio to include a number of multi-national and blue chip companies.


The Splash team is professional, personable, dependable, and extremely experienced. We’re all hands-on and heavily involved in each event we manage, so when you hire Splash you hire all of us, and all our expertise. In this industry, passion is paramount, and we have it by the bucket-load.

Operations Director

Becky Miller

Becky’s career began with roles in a venue-finding company, a hotel conference department, and then as a sales representative for a collection of independent UK hotels. She was able to apply her extensive knowledge of providing event logistics to management after she moved to the South East to work for an event management company, where her portfolio soon became the largest and most profitable.
After working on a series of successful events together, Becky and her husband, Vincent, set up Splash in 2010. Now, with over a decade of experience in large-scale event management, her enthusiastic personality and precise approach has helped contribute to Splash’s success. Becky is responsible for event operations and oversees all client portfolios.

Finance Director

Vincent Miller

Vin started his working life in banking focusing particularly on corporate financing and foreign exchange banking. He went on to hold positions in public sector companies where his expertise helped to turn around loss-making regions and secure high-value government contracts. In 1998 he was headhunted by a company in the hospitality and event management industry, so it could benefit from his extensive experience in corporate financing and commercial contract law.
Together with Becky, Vin started Splash in 2010 and is involved in all aspects of the business, primarily applying his financial skills to event budgeting and leading negotiations at the highest level for clients.

Event Consultant


Donna has been with Splash since 2013, and brings with her over 15 years of event management and marketing experience. In her various roles she has worked on a wide range of corporate events and roadshows, planned advertising campaigns, and managed social media and PR for various brands. Due to her excellent account management skills many of Donna’s clients have worked with her for over a decade. She is also the treasurer and head of fundraising at a local pre-school.

Event Consultant


Prior to joining Splash in 2010, Jo was a senior account manager for an events agency, handling client accounts from a wide variety of industries. Jo has over 15 years event experience and has specialist knowledge of IT channel promotion, large-scale themed events and galas, logistics and shipping management, and exhibitions. She has also experienced the industry from the other side, managing and coordinating events for an arts venue.

Marketing Manager


Shelley joined Splash at the start of 2016. Shelley has worked in Events and Marketing for over 14 years, whilst also studying to be CIM certified. Shelley has worked both agency and venue side of the events industry, organising and marketing 100’s of global events over the years. As the Marketing and Communications Manager for a charity, Shelley was responsible for planning and implementing their global marketing strategy. Now, Shelley works closely with the events team, writing communications, preparing pitches and ensuring our brands are an influential and visible part of the event industry conversation.

Technical Integration Manager


Our technical genius Chris joined Splash at the start of 2017, although the Splash team have had the pleasure of getting to know Chris over several years onsite and are thrilled to now have him on board full time. Formally working for an event badging provider, as the Technical Manager, Chris has a wealth of experience working with data within the event industry. Chris’ programming skills and knowledge, coupled with his personable manner allows us to offer our clients bespoke technical solutions to enhance their events, whilst also creating more effective processes within our own organisation. Chris has got a passion for technology and is eager to work with our clients and partners to help provide more integrated event systems.

Event Consultant

Nicola Baxter

Nicola started working at Splash in September 2018. She previously worked for Europe’s largest privately owned media group on its B2B Automotive titles and has more than 7 years of event management experience. She has extensive knowledge in organising exhibitions, gala dinners, award ceremonies, single and multi-day conferences and breakfast meetings with attendance levels over 2,000. She has worked in a commercially driven marketplace and has created and implemented event marketing strategies. Having managed multiple client and supplier relationships in her previous roles, she has project managed planning, from conception through to final delivery and reporting.

Emily Harrison

Emily joined Splash in 2018, prior to this she was an Events Lead and worked within the Cambridge pharmaceutical industry. With experience of strategically planning and delivering events of all scales, from small training workshops, exhibitions, European hospitality trips and internal company meetings, all with the added complexity of the strict pharmaceutical code of compliance. Taking her client side experience, Emily now steps over to agency side, and brings with her a wealth of customer service, meticulous planning and reputation of high standards.
